If so, I found that getting them cherry red with a blowtorch had mine moving in no time - and my car had been sitting dormant for about 19 years... Good luck either way! I heated them with a blowtorch, then cooled quickly with a water sprayer - alternate with more heat, more water etc - you get the picture...
