1973 Opel Ascona A Project

Tried on ebay, didnt meet reserve. Had a few interested people at the reserve price but it ended mid morning, my mistake. So, I am offering this up to OMOC members at this lower than reserve price only.

If there is no interest after a week or so, its going into my barn for a few more years till I can get round to restoring it.

1973 1.6 CIH manual Ascona. Starts, runs and drives. But not MOT (obviously)

Needs welding to n/s/r rear quarter
o/s/r wheel arch
o/s sill
o/s chassis leg
n/s/f door on A pillar
rear axle spring cups.

And generally wire brushing and painting underneith. Has had 2 front tyres recently.

bits ive done.

Replaced all rubber fuel lines, and copper line across fuel tank.
Replaced dissy cap
Got engine running without aid of chucking fuel down carb. Can be driven onto a trailer or recovery truck.

Mostly complete, might need one arch chrome trim.

Located in Stoke on Trent

£900. V5 Is in my name
