The Car Is An Original Dublin Car With The Old Irish Number Plates On It 555 NZC . The Car Is In Bad Need Of welding And Restoration . Its Blue In Color With Blue Interior . It Has A 19S Engine And A 4-Speed Gearbox . I Want To Keep It Original As A Berlinetta But My Brother Wants It As A GTE But It Most Likely Will Be A Berlinetta . You have already achieved something great which is having a Manta at the age of 13, I'm 22 and still trying to get mine. Manta78 Posted June 7, 2014 Author Share Posted June 7, 2014 Thanks all , just taking a good look at the car and the swan necks and chassis seem to be in good condition . The bits that are rotted and rusted seem to just be where the water lay and since it was a sunroof the water ran down the a pillars and rotted them out . Jack Posted June 10, 2014 Share Posted June 10, 2014 I would like to give you advice on the swan necks but I have not had experience yet of restoring a project Car so I don't think I've got the answer and I also can't find the swan neck picture again. If you need any help with your project like the swan necks someone on here will have the exact answer and relevant experience and be able to advise you on what you need to do with them. Jack.
