Dont just go on what they have on the website as i was after some parts not on the site and when i called them they had a look, called me back to tell me they had them :-) so worth a go. The one i have the part number for is from the B and is batter than the old A one that was just a plastic bush with like a felt inner this one has bearings and is the one opel parts greece posted http://imageshack.us/f/834/153xh.jpg/ not sure what you currently have? 611 Posted September 5, 2013 Share Posted September 5, 2013 Hey Dan All i know is i have the one in the picture and the part number i listed fitted on my A, normal A steering column and have had it on there for years (before the years it has been off the road!) and no problems at all. Just put a new one in i had been keeping for the rebuild as the other one got likked when they bead blasted the underneath. So i would say they must be the same. But a more knowledgeable manta boffin will be able to tell you for sure. Much better than those old ones as these have bearings in them. Hope this helps. I can get a pic of mine if you need to see it more close up to compare like for like as its out while i finish a little welding near there and didnt want to melt it! let me know if you want a pic or two. And as you say you are kind of stuck with what they charge unless you can find them on ebay. 611 Posted September 10, 2013 Share Posted September 10, 2013 Fits in fine, needs a little bit more of a push to get it in. If you have to pull it out be carefully as its easy to pop the two bits apart, then it's ball bearings everywhere as I have found out before :-) when it's in it's spot on and you don't get any play in the steering at the bottom like you do in the old ones when they get a bit worn!
