I have for sale a manta 1800 sump and pipe.

They have been chemically cleaned and look brand new.

The pipe has been modified in accordance with the SBD website for use with an XE or LET engine.

Ive ended up with 2 sumps so I would like my money back for this one.

£220 + £10 p+p.

Please no comments on the price, Im just asking what I payed for it.

Thanks, Scott.

To be honest with you scott, it would be better if you ebay the sump and add mk2 escort in the title, you will probably get more than what you paid for the sump.

Probably right.

Seems if I want somthing it costs me a fortune, if I sell somthing its worth pennies.

One sold on Ebay today for £228.00 + £12.00 p&p

So your price is very fair, providing someone is looking to buy one!

Ebay will have a larger audience than this site.

Good luck with the sale.

He got £300 for that too IIRC

No it won't Dave as the four pot engine is longer that the V6. To get the V6 to sit in the manta bay you will need to have a bespokes one made

the easyest option is to find a cavalier V 6 sump, as they are steel, and then get any welding shop to mod it for you. Or if you can find a good ally welder they could mod your omega sump.  Are you nolonger selling the car?

I can mod steel or ally one but I would need a drawing or the car to work from
