only one hole the size of an old 1/2p under the water bottle on the bulkhead, Posted Image will get that welded up when I do the modification for the XE rear hose and plug off the no longer needed holes in the bulk head.
oh it rains in NZ all right, winter here is like monsoon season, car has been garage kept and we don't use salt on the roads here in winter, most of the rusty car problem here is due to driving on the beach or putting boats in off a trailer at the boat ramp, so always good to buy a car that's never had a tow bar fitted.Posted Image

If the All Blacks do as good a job in the World Cup, as what you are doing on that car, it will be " God help us" but I don't think that they are firing on all cylinders these days

Excellent work there M8,Excellent, Well Done :thumbup.

Lucky for me my world cup didn't quite end when Scotland went out to the English. To be honest Scotland never looked that good in any of their games, too much kicking the ball for my liking.
I managed to get to two games at Eden Park, Ireland Vs Australia and Scotland Vs England, I must say the atmosphere at the Irish game was brilliant.

But now my hopes are on the AB's and with the Springboks gone its all turning out to be a bit of an interesting competition to the end.

Thanks for checking out the progress and positive feedback, much appreciated.

1/2" - 5/8" Bulkhead Hose Adapter (narrow spacing) arrived today, this will allow me to fit the micro heater within the car and cut down on the amount of hose in the engine bay.

What is the connection between this song and the World Cup or NZ,  as it's played in the cake tin during every game?

not too sure to be honest, they dont play it at Eden Park, I think this could be a song they play during the 7's, I can recall hearing the crowd singing it between games, there are a number of songs used to get the crowd in party mode, think this all started in the Hong Kong 7's and has ended up over here. Could be that Wellington (the Cake Tin) only have one CD for their PA system? Posted Image

the songs they normally play across the PA system at Eden Park are songs played by Kiwi Iconic bands or singers like Dave Dobbin, the issue is they meed to play some music as the atmosphere would be dead otherwise.. Not like a game at Murryfield where there is a good sing song.

MURRYFIELD??????? I've been to Murryfield four times for the Six Nations, no bad singing!!! but you have to come down to the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff if you want to hear REAL singing, we can put The Last Night at the Proms to shame
I can't wait to see the French get hammered Saturday  :thumbup   Cheers now.  Julian.

ventilation holes blanked off and all other holes welded up, as the battery is going in the boot I trimmed away the edge of the old battery tray to clean up the bulkhead further and create a little more service space around the exhaust manifold area.
